The initial offer of $111,865.79 as compensation to allow the condemning entity to place a crude oil pipeline on a tract of property located in Williamson County, Texas was significantly lower than the projected damage to the property.
Solution
Mr. Gattis working in conjunction with Co-Counsel, was able to show that the property being condemned for the crude oil pipeline and the damage to the residual property was significantly greater than the pipeline company’s initial offer. Mr. Gattis was able to prove a higher value estimation of the property and show the greater risk to the pipeline entity of taking such a case to a jury in Williamson County, Texas.
