Terra Transmission, LLC

Hutto, Texas; Williamson County

The Terra Transmission, LLC, pipeline project in Williamson County involves the construction of a new pipeline east of the City of Hutto. Once completed, the pipeline will commence just east of Hutto and south of US Highway 79 and will then continue east, following the path of an existing pipeline, before terminating approximately six miles away.

A permit for this project has already been issued, so Williamson County landowners with property east of Hutto along the proposed pipeline route can expect to see construction commence in the near future.

Those developing and constructing the pipeline say they are committed to respecting property owners. However, in order for this project to proceed, developers will need to acquire private land. If you own land along the proposed pipeline route, you may find your property the subject of a claim of eminent domain and condemnation.
